The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for managing existing relationships, ensuring contract renewals, and driving revenue savings through negotiating and securing favorable terms with venues and service providers to optimize event logistics and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong sales insight, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to balance retention with strategic vendor agreement

JOb Description

•  Use proven sales techniques to build and foster strong relationships with venue and service provider representatives.
• Gather detailed information from vendors and assess their suitability to meet company requirements and event objectives.
• Maintain continuous communication with service providers to ensure smooth collaboration and foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead negotiations with service providers to secure cost-effective agreements while ensuring the highest quality of service and value for the company.
• Work closely with vendors to understand their offerings and leverage negotiation strategies to drive favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure that agreements are made within the company’s budget constraints while achieving optimal service delivery.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, review contract terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
• Ensure that finalized agreements align with the company’s goals and event budgets.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are thoroughly reviewed and executed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) to handle administrative tasks, proposals, and event documentation.
• Has a strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively navigate business relations.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Has a persuasive and engaging personality with clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from managing contracts to tracking contract specifics.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and uses logical thinking to devise practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities ensuring smooth processes and high satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of negotiation techniques and best practices.
